Meaning
One who is united in yoga and knows the truth thinks 'I do nothing at all' — while seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, eating, moving, sleeping, and breathing.
The enlightened person recognizes that all actions happen through the body and senses, not through the true Self. This understanding removes the burden of doership. Even ordinary activities become effortless when the ego steps aside.
Strength Reflection
"I release the burden of doership, allowing actions to flow through me naturally."
Devotional Surrender
Lord, let me be an instrument of Your will, acting without the heavy sense of 'I am the doer.'
