Chapter 2 • Verse 50
बुद्धियुक्तो जहातीह उभे सुकृतदुष्कृते। तस्माद्योगाय युज्यस्व योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्॥
buddhi-yukto jahātīha ubhe sukṛita-duṣhkṛite tasmād yogāya yujyasva yogaḥ karmasu kauśhalam
Meaning
One united with wisdom transcends both good and bad actions in this life. Therefore, strive for yoga. Yoga is skill in action.
The enlightened transcend even good karma - both bind. Yoga is skill in action: doing what needs to be done without creating bondage. This is the art of living.
