Chapter 6 • Verse 28

युञ्जन्नेवं सदात्मानं योगी विगतकल्मषः। सुखेन ब्रह्मसंस्पर्शमत्यन्तं सुखमश्नुते॥

yuñjann evaṁ sadātmānaṁ yogī vigata-kalmaṣhaḥ sukhena brahma-saṁsparśham atyantaṁ sukham aśhnute

Meaning

Thus constantly engaging the mind, the yogi, freed from impurities, easily attains the infinite bliss of contact with Brahman.

Consistent practice leads to purification, and purification makes the experience of Brahman accessible and natural — 'easily' attained. The word 'contact' (samsparsham) suggests a tangible experience, not just an idea. This supreme happiness is available to anyone who persistently purifies through yoga practice.

Strength Reflection

"I maintain consistent practice, trusting that purification leads naturally to divine experience."

Devotional Surrender

Lord, let my persistent practice bring me into easy, natural contact with Your presence.
