Chapter 6 • Verse 29

सर्वभूतस्थमात्मानं सर्वभूतानि चात्मनि। ईक्षते योगयुक्तात्मा सर्वत्र समदर्शनः॥

sarva-bhūta-stham ātmānaṁ sarva-bhūtāni chātmani īkṣhate yoga-yuktātmā sarvatra sama-darśhanaḥ

Meaning

The yogi united in yoga sees the Self existing in all beings and all beings existing in the Self — seeing the same everywhere.

Yoga culminates in this ultimate vision: recognizing oneself in all beings and all beings in oneself. This is not a philosophy but a direct perception. When you truly see this unity, distinctions of self and other dissolve. Compassion becomes natural because harming another is harming yourself. This vision transforms all relationships.

Strength Reflection

"I cultivate the vision that sees myself in all beings and all beings in myself."

Devotional Surrender

O Krishna, open my eyes to see the unity that makes all beings one in You.
