प्रशान्तमनसं ह्येनं योगिनं सुखमुत्तमम्। उपैति शान्तरजसं ब्रह्मभूतमकल्मषम्॥
praśhānta-manasaṁ hy enaṁ yoginaṁ sukham uttamam upaiti śhānta-rajasaṁ brahma-bhūtam akalmaṣham
Meaning
Supreme bliss comes to the yogi whose mind is peaceful, whose passions are calmed, who has become one with Brahman, and who is free from impurity.
The fruits of meditation practice are described: unshakeable peace, subdued passions, identity with the infinite, and freedom from mental impurities. These aren't separate goals but aspects of one transformation. Supreme bliss naturally arises when these conditions are met — it doesn't have to be sought separately.
Strength Reflection
"I purify my mind through practice, preparing it for the supreme bliss of realization."
Devotional Surrender
O Lord, purify me, calm my passions, and reveal my oneness with You.
