Chapter 6 • Verse 15

युञ्जन्नेवं सदात्मानं योगी नियतमानसः। शान्तिं निर्वाणपरमां मत्संस्थामधिगच्छति॥

yuñjann evaṁ sadātmānaṁ yogī niyata-mānasaḥ śhāntiṁ nirvāṇa-paramāṁ mat-saṁsthām adhigachchhati

Meaning

Thus, constantly disciplining the mind, the yogi of controlled mind attains the peace of nirvana, the supreme bliss that abides in Me.

Here is the promise: sustained practice leads to profound peace — nirvana, the highest bliss. This peace isn't separate from the Divine but resides in Krishna. The word 'constantly' is important — transformation requires persistent effort over time. But the fruit is assured for those who persevere.

Strength Reflection

"I persist in my practice, trusting that consistent effort leads to profound peace."

Devotional Surrender

O Lord, I seek that supreme peace which is found only in union with You.
