Chapter 5 • Verse 11

कायेन मनसा बुद्ध्या केवलैरिन्द्रियैरपि। योगिनः कर्म कुर्वन्ति सङ्गं त्यक्त्वात्मशुद्धये॥

kāyena manasā buddhyā kevalair indriyair api yoginaḥ karma kurvanti saṅgaṁ tyaktvātma-śhuddhaye

Meaning

Yogis, giving up attachment, perform actions with the body, mind, intellect, and even with the senses alone — only for the purification of the self.

Every action can be an act of purification when done without selfish attachment. Work becomes yoga when it is performed not for personal gain but for inner cleansing. This transforms mundane tasks into spiritual practice.

Strength Reflection

"I approach my daily work as a practice for self-purification, not just material gain."

Devotional Surrender

O Lord, let every action I perform purify my heart and bring me closer to You.
