अदृष्टपूर्वं हृषितोऽस्मि दृष्ट्वा भयेन च प्रव्यथितं मनो मे। तदेव मे दर्शय देव रूपं प्रसीद देवेश जगन्निवास॥
adṛiṣhṭa-pūrvaṁ hṛiṣhito 'smi dṛiṣhṭvā bhayena cha pravyathitaṁ mano me tad eva me darśhaya deva rūpaṁ prasīda deveśha jagan-nivāsa
Meaning
Having seen what was never seen before, I am thrilled, yet my mind is shaken with fear. Please show me that previous form, O God. Be gracious, O Lord of gods, refuge of the universe.
The paradox of vision: Arjuna is thrilled to see the unprecedented, yet terrified. He asks to return to the familiar form of Krishna. The cosmic vision is too much; the accessible, human form is requested. Grace grants both cosmic and intimate.
Strength Reflection
"Cosmic vision must be balanced by accessible intimacy with the Divine."
Devotional Surrender
O Lord, I have seen enough for now. Show me Your comforting, familiar form.
