Chapter 9 • Verse 14

सततं कीर्तयन्तो मां यतन्तश्च दृढव्रताः। नमस्यन्तश्च मां भक्त्या नित्ययुक्ता उपासते॥

satataṁ kīrtayanto māṁ yatantaśh cha dṛiḍha-vratāḥ namasyantaśh cha māṁ bhaktyā nitya-yuktā upāsate

Meaning

Always chanting My glories, striving with steadfast vows, bowing down to Me with devotion, the eternally united ones worship Me.

The practices of great devotees: constant remembrance through chanting, firm spiritual vows, humble prostration, and unwavering connection. These aren't occasional activities but a lifestyle. 'Nitya yukta' means always united — not just during meditation but in every moment of life.

Strength Reflection

"I make divine remembrance my constant practice, not just an occasional activity."

Devotional Surrender

O Lord, I chant Your name, hold my vows, bow to You, and stay ever connected.
