Chapter 5 • Verse 4

साङ्ख्ययोगौ पृथग्बालाः प्रवदन्ति न पण्डिताः। एकमप्यास्थितः सम्यगुभयोर्विन्दते फलम्॥

sānkhya-yogau pṛithag bālāḥ pravadanti na paṇḍitāḥ ekam apy āsthitaḥ samyag ubhayor vindate phalam

Meaning

Only the ignorant speak of Sankhya (the path of knowledge) and Yoga (the path of action) as different. The wise know that one who is established in either attains the fruit of both.

Arguments about which spiritual path is superior miss the point. Whether through knowledge or action, the destination is the same. What matters is sincere dedication to your chosen path, not debates about methodology.

Strength Reflection

"I commit fully to my path knowing that sincerity, not the specific method, leads to truth."

Devotional Surrender

Lord, protect me from spiritual pride. Let me honor all paths that lead to You.
