Chapter 11 • Verse 28
यथा नदीनां बहवोऽम्बुवेगाः समुद्रमेवाभिमुखा द्रवन्ति। तथा तवामी नरलोकवीरा विशन्ति वक्त्राण्यभिविज्वलन्ति॥
yathā nadīnāṁ bahavo 'mbu-vegāḥ samudram evābhimukhā dravanti tathā tavāmī nara-loka-vīrā viśhanti vaktrāṇy abhivijvalanti
Meaning
As many torrents of rivers flow toward the ocean, so do these heroes of the human world enter Your flaming mouths.
The simile of rivers flowing to the ocean: all these great warriors flow inevitably into Krishna's blazing mouths. Just as rivers can only go one direction, all beings move toward their divine destination. The current of time is irresistible.
