Chapter 8 • Verse 15
मामुपेत्य पुनर्जन्म दुःखालयमशाश्वतम्। नाप्नुवन्ति महात्मानः संसिद्धिं परमां गताः॥
mām upetya punar janma duḥkhālayam aśhāśhvatam nāpnuvanti mahātmānaḥ sansiddhiṁ paramāṁ gatāḥ
Meaning
Having reached Me, the great souls are never again born into this temporary world of suffering, for they have attained the highest perfection.
Liberation is permanent. Once you truly reach the Divine, the cycle of rebirth in this world of suffering ends. This isn't escapism but graduation — moving beyond the realm of learning through pain to a state of eternal fulfillment. The great souls never return to suffering.
