श्रीभगवानुवाच। पार्थ नैवेह नामुत्र विनाशस्तस्य विद्यते। न हि कल्याणकृत्कश्चिद्दुर्गतिं तात गच्छति॥
śhrī bhagavān uvācha pārtha naiveha nāmutra vināśhas tasya vidyate na hi kalyāṇa-kṛit kaśhchid durgatiṁ tāta gachchhati
Meaning
The Supreme Lord said: O Partha, neither in this world nor in the next is there destruction for such a person. No one who does good, My dear friend, ever meets with an evil end.
Krishna's answer is profoundly reassuring: no sincere spiritual effort is ever lost. Neither here nor hereafter does the seeker perish. Good actions never lead to bad outcomes. This is a cosmic guarantee — the universe supports those who strive for good. Even incomplete efforts bear fruit.
Strength Reflection
"I trust that my sincere efforts will never be wasted — good actions lead to good outcomes."
Devotional Surrender
O Lord, Your promise removes my fear. My good efforts will not be in vain.
