Chapter 6 • Verse 20

यत्रोपरमते चित्तं निरुद्धं योगसेवया। यत्र चैवात्मनात्मानं पश्यन्नात्मनि तुष्यति॥

yatroparamate chittaṁ niruddhaṁ yoga-sevayā yatra chaivātmanātmānaṁ paśhyann ātmani tuṣhyati

Meaning

When the mind, restrained by the practice of yoga, becomes quiet, and when seeing the Self by the Self alone, one finds satisfaction in the Self.

Through persistent yoga practice, the mind eventually becomes still. In that stillness, you perceive your true Self — not with the senses or intellect but with the Self itself. This direct self-knowing brings complete satisfaction. No external thing can match this inner fulfillment.

Strength Reflection

"I persist in practice until my mind becomes still enough to reveal my true Self."

Devotional Surrender

Krishna, let me know myself as You know me, finding complete satisfaction in that vision.
