Chapter 4 • Verse 38
न हि ज्ञानेन सदृशं पवित्रमिह विद्यते। तत्स्वयं योगसंसिद्धः कालेनात्मनि विन्दति॥
na hi jñānena sadṛiśhaṁ pavitram iha vidyate tat svayaṁ yoga-sansiddhaḥ kālenātmani vindati
Meaning
Truly, there is nothing as purifying as knowledge in this world. One who has become perfected in yoga finds this knowledge within oneself in due time.
Nothing purifies like knowledge. The one perfected in yoga naturally discovers this wisdom within. Time and practice reveal what is already present.
