Chapter 13 • Verse 26

अन्ये त्वेवमजानन्तः श्रुत्वान्येभ्य उपासते। तेऽपि चातितरन्त्येव मृत्युं श्रुतिपरायणाः॥

anye tv evam ajānantaḥ śhrutvānyebhya upāsate te 'pi chātitaranty eva mṛityuṁ śhruti-parāyaṇāḥ

Meaning

Others, not knowing these paths, worship as they have heard from others. They too cross beyond death, devoted to what they have heard.

Even those who don't understand philosophical paths can transcend death by faithfully following teachings they've heard from wise teachers. Faith and dedicated practice of received wisdom also leads to liberation.

Strength Reflection

"Even without understanding all paths, I can transcend through faithful practice."

Devotional Surrender

O Lord, I follow what I have heard with faith. Lead me beyond death.
