Chapter 11 • Verse 13
तत्रैकस्थं जगत्कृत्स्नं प्रविभक्तमनेकधा। अपश्यद्देवदेवस्य शरीरे पाण्डवस्तदा॥
tatraika-sthaṁ jagat kṛitsnaṁ pravibhaktam anekadhā apaśhyad deva-devasya śharīre pāṇḍavas tadā
Meaning
There, in the body of the God of gods, Arjuna then saw the entire universe divided into many parts yet standing as one.
Arjuna sees what was promised: the whole universe, with its infinite divisions, contained within the body of Krishna. Unity and diversity coexist — many parts, one whole. This is the vision of non-dual reality: everything separate yet everything one.
Strength Reflection
"All diversity exists within divine unity — many parts, one whole."
Devotional Surrender
O God of gods, I see the universe within You — separate yet one.
