Chapter 10 • Verse 4

बुद्धिर्ज्ञानमसंमोहः क्षमा सत्यं दमः शमः। सुखं दुःखं भवोऽभावो भयं चाभयमेव च॥

buddhir jñānam asammohaḥ kṣhamā satyaṁ damaḥ śhamaḥ sukhaṁ duḥkhaṁ bhavo 'bhāvo bhayaṁ chābhayam eva cha

Meaning

Intelligence, knowledge, freedom from delusion, forgiveness, truthfulness, self-control, calmness, happiness, sorrow, birth, death, fear, and fearlessness...

Krishna begins listing qualities that come from Him. These include mental capacities (intelligence, knowledge), moral virtues (forgiveness, truthfulness), inner states (calmness, happiness), and existential experiences (birth, death, fear). All these, positive and negative, originate in the Divine.
