Chapter 10 • Verse 39
यच्चापि सर्वभूतानां बीजं तदहमर्जुन। न तदस्ति विना यत्स्यान्मया भूतं चराचरम्॥
yach chāpi sarva-bhūtānāṁ bījaṁ tad aham arjuna na tad asti vinā yat syān mayā bhūtaṁ charācharam
Meaning
O Arjuna, I am the seed of all beings. There is no being, moving or non-moving, that can exist without Me.
The summary statement: Krishna is the seed, the source, the essential cause of all beings. Nothing that moves, nothing that stands still, can exist separately from Him. This is the full declaration of divine omnipresence.

O Lord, You are my source and the ground of my being. Without You I cannot exist.
