Chapter 10 • Verse 32

सर्गाणामादिरन्तश्च मध्यं चैवाहमर्जुन। अध्यात्मविद्या विद्यानां वादः प्रवदतामहम्॥

sargāṇām ādir antaśh cha madhyaṁ chaivāham arjuna adhyātma-vidyā vidyānāṁ vādaḥ pravadatām aham

Meaning

Of creations, I am the beginning, end, and middle, O Arjuna. Of sciences, I am the science of the self; of arguments, I am logic.

Krishna reiterates: He is all of time — beginning, middle, end. Among all knowledge, spiritual self-knowledge is supreme. Among debates, the logical approach. Time, self-knowledge, and reason all have divine foundations.

Strength Reflection

"Self-knowledge and logical reasoning reflect the Divine intelligence."

Devotional Surrender

Lord, You are all of time and the highest knowledge. Guide my reasoning toward You.
