Chapter 10 • Verse 28
आयुधानामहं वज्रं धेनूनामस्मि कामधुक्। प्रजनश्चास्मि कन्दर्पः सर्पाणामस्मि वासुकिः॥
āyudhānām ahaṁ vajraṁ dhenūnām asmi kāma-dhuk prajanaśh chāsmi kandarpaḥ sarpāṇām asmi vāsukiḥ
Meaning
Of weapons, I am the thunderbolt; of cows, I am the wish-fulfilling Kamadhenu; I am the progenitor Kandarpa (Cupid); of serpents, I am Vasuki.
Among weapons, Indra's invincible thunderbolt; among cows, the wish-granting Kamadhenu; the creative desire Kandarpa; among serpents, Vasuki king of snakes. Power, abundance, creativity, and even what seems dangerous — all have their divine aspect.
