Chapter 18 • Verse 64
सर्वगुह्यतमं भूयः शृणु मे परमं वचः। इष्टोऽसि मे दृढमिति ततो वक्ष्यामि ते हितम्॥
sarva-guhyatamaṁ bhūyaḥ śhṛiṇu me paramaṁ vachaḥ iṣhṭo 'si me dṛiḍham iti tato vakṣhyāmi te hitam
Meaning
Hear again My supreme word, the most secret of all. You are very dear to Me; therefore I shall speak for your benefit.
Krishna offers His most secret teaching again because of deep love for Arjuna. Divine teaching comes from divine love. What follows is the essence of all essences.

"I am dear to God, and He speaks for my highest benefit."

O Lord, I am cherished by You. I receive Your supreme teaching with love.
