Chapter 18 • Verse 36

सुखं त्विदानीं त्रिविधं शृणु मे भरतर्षभ। अभ्यासाद्रमते यत्र दुःखान्तं च निगच्छति॥

sukhaṁ tv idānīṁ tri-vidhaṁ śhṛiṇu me bharatarṣhabha abhyāsād ramate yatra duḥkhāntaṁ cha nigachchhati

Meaning

Now hear from Me, O best of Bharatas, about the three kinds of happiness. That in which one rejoices through practice, and reaches the end of sorrow...

Krishna now describes three types of happiness. True happiness is cultivated through practice and leads to the end of suffering. This introduces the highest happiness — sattvic bliss.
