Chapter 12 • Verse 7
तेषामहं समुद्धर्ता मृत्युसंसारसागरात्। भवामि नचिरात्पार्थ मय्यावेशितचेतसाम्॥
teṣhām ahaṁ samuddhartā mṛityu-sansāra-sāgarāt bhavāmi na chirāt pārtha mayy āveśhita-chetasām
Meaning
...for those whose minds are absorbed in Me, I become their swift deliverer from the ocean of mortal existence, O Arjuna.
The magnificent promise: for those absorbed in Krishna, He Himself becomes the deliverer from the ocean of death and rebirth. And not eventually, but swiftly (na chirat). Personal devotion brings swift divine rescue.
